Laker Source on Git and News

Hey everyone!

I’m really excited about the newsstand app Apple introduced yesterday. I wonder which publications can be published via it. The next weeks are going to be interesting! ;)

Laker News:

  • The Laker Source is now on Github: https://github.com/ffranke/Laker-Compendium (Thanks to @philippbosch on this one!)
  • The first Laker-powered iPad App is available at the app store: Liberate Eden
  • I’m working on iFrame-Support, but my time is limited at the moment.
  • Anybody @OFFF Barcelona the next few days? If yes, let’s talk! ;)

Cheers,
Florian

I was delighted to counties found the “Laker”, mainly because it is an Open Source. Congratulations. Nice work. I will monitor the LAKER and hopefully soon contribute to the project in some way and also develop a APP

  6. I think that this project is great!
I downloaded Liberate Eden, and I am not sure if it is just me, but page turning was rather delayed, this became somewhat frustrating.
I look forward to seeing how this develops.

  8. Hey,

I’m totally new to this technology and just checked out the github repo… how come that in the readme it says Baker instead of Laker and links to another website?
